INTRODUCTION

Recognizing the importance of the roles and responsibilities undertaken by each appointed board member, and to ensure that the interests of the Government maintained, each board member must be equipped with the relevant knowledge and guidelines relating to their roles and responsibilities.

This one-day programme has been designed to enhance in the Federal Statutory Bodies (BBP) the various building blocks towards Boardroom Excellence. In developing this programme, we have designed our approach to take into account the People, the Process and the Technology structures that are common in the organisations.

Within each of these structures, we will draw on the best practices to communicate and reinforce the dynamics and interplay within each other towards Boardroom Excellence.
