Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) has on the 29th. of November 2017 announced various amendments to the Listing Requirements. The amendments are relate to the: Companies Act 2016, Corporate governance requirements, Post-listing disclosure obligations for mineral, oil and gas (MOG) listed issuers, Disclosure obligations of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs); and Codification of certain FRS 139 disclosure requirements.
